Scott manages the overall operation of the company, including maintaining the buildings, vehicles, and supervising the Service Department and drivers. He also handles special delivery accounts and emergency service calls

With a strong background in customer sales and service, Rose handles all business affairs (purchasing, expenditures, customer relations, accounting, customer sales, office manager, driver dispatch, etc.)
